वाल मैत्री स्थानीय शासन (CFLG) समिति पदाधिकारीहरू साथै वालमैत्री स्थानीय शासन कार्यान्वयनका सरोकारवाला संस्थाहरूलाई एक दिने वालमैत्री स्थानीय शासन विषयक तथा ५ वर्षे बालमैत्री रणनीतिक योजना विषयमा अनुशिक्षण कार्यक्रम यही मिति २०७१ फागुन १४ गते सम्पन्न गरिएको छ ।
वालमैत्री स्थानीय शासन कार्यान्वयन कार्यविधि २०६८ अनुसार स्थानीय निकायहरूले वालमैत्री स्थानीय शासन कार्यान्वयन गर्ने क्रममा नगरस्तरीय वाल मैत्री स्थानीय शासन समितिको गठन गर्ने व्यवस्था भए अनुसार धरानमा पनि नगरस्तरीय समितिको गठन भएको छ । अर्को तर्फ धरान उप-महानगरपालिकाले वालमैत्री शासन कार्यान्वयनमा सहजिकरणको लागि ५ वर्षे रणनीतिक योजना २०७० समेत तयार गरिसकेको छ । वालवालिका लक्षित कार्यक्रमहरू यसै योजना अन्तर्गत कार्यान्वयन भैरहेको छ ।
कार्यक्रमको मुख्य उद्देश्य धरान उप-महानगरपालिकामा वालमेत्री स्थानीय शासन कार्यान्वयन गराउनमा CFLG समिति पदाधिकारीहरुलाई कार्यविधिको वारेमा छलफल गराउनुको साथै सरोकारवाला संघ-संस्थाहरु समेतलाई एकै ठाँउमा राखि धरान उप-महानगरपालिकाले तयार गरेको ५ वर्षे वालमैत्री रनणितीक योजना २०७० को सूचकहरूको विषयमा विस्तृत जानकार गराउनु रहेको थियो ।
उक्त एक दिने अनुशिक्षण कार्यको सहभागीको रूपमा धरान उप-महानगरपालिका नगरस्तरीय वालमैत्री शासन समितिको पदाधिकारीहरू राजनैतिक दलका प्रतिनिधिहरू सरोकारवाला संघ-संस्थाहरुको प्रतिनिधि नगरपालिकाका कर्मचारीहरू सामाजिक परिचालक तथा वडा नागरिक मञ्चका संयोजकहरू समेत गरी जम्मा ४५ जना सहभागीहरूको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो ।
अनुशिक्षण कार्यक्रमका श्रोत व्यक्ति तथा सहजकर्ताको रूपमा धरान उप-महानगरपालिकाको कार्यकारी अधिकृत टीकादत्त राईद्वारा वालमैत्री स्थानीय शासन रणनीति २०६८ को बारेमा तथा तारा निरौला द्वारा धरान उप-महानगरपालिकाको ५ वर्षे रनणीती, सुचकहरु तथा उपलब्धिहरूको विषयमा सहजिकरण गरिएको थियो ।
